Eye Theater - The original presentation of the 65mm, 3-D Magic
Eye Theater, Magic Journeys, was replaced on September 12, 1986 by
Captain EO, a musical mini space opera starring Michael Jackson.
- Resorts: Disney Inn
- In February 1986,
an additional 150 rooms were added to the Golf Resort and its name was changed
to the Disney Inn, in a move to entice resort visitors who often thought that
only golfers stayed here.
- EPCOT: Future World-The Living Seas

The third new Future World pavilion to be added to the original roster, The
Living Seas opened January 15, 1986. A short ride transports you to SeaBase
Alpha, where you can learn about various aspects of the oceans and how we
interact with them. The centerpiece of the pavilion is the partially glassed-in
Caribbean coral reef saltwater tank, which, at 5.7 million gallons, is the
largest in the world.
