- Magic Kingdom: Frontierland-Big Thunder Mountain
Railroad
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad opened in 1980, expanding
the northern boundary of Frontierland. This attraction, housed in, on, and
around the 197 foot tall Big Thunder Mountain, is a roller coaster disguised
as a "runaway" mine train. BTM is the Magic Kingdom's second thrill ride.
Magic Kingdom: Fantasyland-The Mickey Mouse Revue
- The Mickey Mouse Revue, which had been in place since the park opened
in 1971, closed in September, 1980, when it was dismantled and shipped to
Tokyo Disneyland.
